The Commercial Ops Dashboard is the central control room for all systems. It provides operators with a single, transparent interface for running workflows, reviewing outputs, and auditing decisions.
Through the dashboard, teams can initiate preview-only runs, view strict actionables first, pin important reviews, and explore full historical output. Every action, approval, and result is traceable.
Nothing runs automatically and nothing is hidden. The dashboard replaces guesswork with structured oversight, ensuring that creative, technical, and compliance needs remain aligned.
ContinuityQC (In Development)
What It Will Do
ContinuityQC evaluates story consistency across time, not objects or pixels.
It is designed to flag risks related to:
- Wardrobe and prop continuity
- Screen direction changes
- Character state inconsistencies
- Lighting and environment drift
Like Audio QC, it will be strict by default and teachable over time, learning from approved decisions without enforcing assumptions.
It will never auto-correct only surface defensible review insights.
